Founded on the belief that everyone deserves dignity, care, and hope, Today’s HOPE empowers individuals through wellness-focused strategies, education, and personalized case management. What began as a local effort has grown into a trusted resource dedicated to excellence, prevention, and inclusive care.

What We Do
HIV Prevention and Testing
Confidential HIV testing, counseling, and case management to empower informed health decisions.
Overdose Prevention
Naloxone kit distribution and overdose response training to save lives and minimize risk.
Risk Management Initiatives
Syringe Services Program (SSP), safer use supplies, and compassionate care for people who use drugs.
Advocacy and Education
Through Strategic Partnerships and Framework initiatives, we champion culturally competent education and community advocacy focused on HIV prevention, overdose response, and minimize risk.
Supporting the Unhoused in Downtown Nashville
Every 4th Monday. People Loving Nashville, along with many others who have joined in to support them, rally to provide resources to the unhoused community. The Today's Hope team attends on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month to pass out supplies and render services...
